Types of services offered Mind and draw is a community arts project that provides creative art sessions and workshops for all ages and abilities. The project is for anyone who wants to learn how to draw and paint as well as express themselves creatively. Creative Art sessions for all ages: Mind and draw can offer a range of fun creative art sessions for all ages and abilities with kids and youth group sessions as well as sessions for adults. We even do 1 on 1 art tutorial sessions as well. Here we create lovely landscapes from places from around the world using many different materials such as soft pastels, paints and pencils. We also do fun other creative exercises such as sensory drawing, still life and blind drawing. We can offer a taster session to a block of creative sessions. What we do:

• Mindfulness art session and painting to music:

With the Mindfulness art session, it's more expressive art we do in this session. We create lovely soft pastel artwork in this session which can be very therapeutic. Also, with painting to music sessions it's great for all ages and a great way to relax and express yourselves using paints as you listen to music. I feel these sessions are great for your wellbeing and a nice way to create art Added to these sessions we do some stone painting, sensory and blind drawing which can be a lot of fun to do. Collaboration Art and poster making session: Ideal for groups looking to draw about different themes & subjects. Here we create art by talking about a theme then everyone does a drawing based on that theme then we pass our drawing to the person next to you and they continue that artwork. Collaboration drawing is something that can create discussion from being creative. With the poster making it's a similar set up where we create posters step by step based on different themes. This is more of an arts and crafts part of the session as we can use many materials. Art materials are provided by mind and draw Fee per session
