We are a social enterprise providing learning and development opportunities to fee-paying clients, enabling us to work with charities, groups and communities, which do not have the same access to such learning and development opportunities.
Summary of services
Types of services offered We work alongside people to illuminate what is going on for them, helping them to recognise and understand why things might not always be working out the way they wanted or had anticipated. More specifically, we work with individuals and groups to help them: - Build their capacity to be even more resourceful. - Enhance their ability to advocate for themselves. - Nurture generative relationships across their working and personal lives. We offer a range of services including 1:1 hosting for adults and children. We also work with groups to help illuminate group patterns that may or may not be serving your organisations culture. We offer 1:1 Supervision and group Supervision. Across all our work we use the P6Constellation TM framework. To find out more about the P6Constellation please visit potent6.org.
