Types of services offered Networks, Training & Support for Lived Experience Leaders: •Facilitating platforms for peer networking and support. •Skills-sharing among Lived Experience Leaders. •Hosting online spaces for ongoing interaction and growth. •Leadership and campaigning skills development. •Collaborative working and facilitation training. •Enhancing personal safety and effectiveness in using lived expertise. •Facilitating co-production with marginalised communities. •Developing consultation groups and networks. •Providing support for Lived Experience panels and advisory groups. Inclusive Training and Workshops: •Inclusive facilitation workshops. •Consensus decision-making workshops. •Enhancing understanding of lived experience perspectives •Inclusive Lived Experience Engagement, Consultation and Leadership Lived Experience Strategy & Policy Consultation: •Assisting organisations in creating genuinely inclusive and lived experience-led strategies. •Providing insights into consultation group development and network building. •Working with boards to ensure diverse representation and inclusive practices. •Developing strategies for inclusive staff development and recruitment. Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Support: •EDI strategies, plans, and reviews. •Inclusive recruitment strategies. •Creating inclusive policies and practices for boards, volunteers, and staff. •Disability and neurodiversity awareness training. Evidence-Based Research Collaboration: •Collaborating with researchers for evidence-based insights. •Promoting diverse and inclusive Lived Experience engagement in research
