Types of services offered - Comedy & Confidence workshop with Comedian Billy Kirkwood - Acting with Anxiety! with confidence coach Claire from TV's Still Game & Chewing the Fat - Mindfulness Mealtimes - 'Calm Cook along' with Mental Health First Aider & PVG Chef tutor Lauren Shields - Coffee & Conversation - Coffee Kaz will teach the technical skills required to work as a barista, and discuss the ways we can make open conversation.
