Types of services offered Our approach is unique, our classes are small and one-to-one mentoring is built in. Our work is organised around four main programmes: • Skills@Work – helping those long-term or frequently unemployed back into work and supporting people transitioning through redundancy • Skills@Home – simplifying the web and making it easier to access e-services – everything from benefits and council services to shopping, banking and learning. • Skills On-to-Go – hands-on personalised tuition that helps people set up and make the best use of smart mobile technology and connect with others across social media. • Individualised and bespoke training and development programmes created on request.
