Description
Whether you want to re-wild your diet or find a deeper connection with nature, wild food can provide delicious connections with our natural world. Walk along the beautiful Leader Water with gastronomist Charlotte Maberly, and explore the history, traditions and contemporary revival of foraging. Taste and learn what, how and why to collect from our natural larder, and change the way you see the landscape. Please dress for the weather and wear shoes made for walking. We will be outside for the whole workshop and will walk approximately 3 miles on some steep and uneven terrain.
