In person workshops helping people, novice and experienced alike, to learn basic principles of plant-based cookery. Recipes will be simple, tasty, healthy and accessible, equipping participants to continue using their new skills at home after the workshop ends. As well as tasty savoury recipes, we can also offer workshops on vegan home baking so that you can to learn about feelgood sweet treats, cakes and biscuits that are entirely plant based. 2 hour workshops, 1 hr practical tutorial, with 1hr for Q & A and food tasting. Workshops : 4-10 participants per session. Venue in Woodlands area of Glasgow, though also willing to travel to partner venues in central belt. Also willing to consider 1 to 1 consultation and smaller group sizes. Adults, interested in healthy eating, cooking on a budget, tackling climate change or just wanting to learn new recipes.
