Healthy cooking workshops with a focus on local and seasonal veg – often linked to a community growing project using food grown by the group.
Can be delivered as one off sessions, but normally as a minimum block of 4.
Covers topics such as food waste, food miles, climate friendly diets, reducing packaging etc...
Can be delivered virtually or face to face
Pretty much anyone! Previous groups we’ve worked with have included:
- local residents groups
- people in recovery
- children and young people, including schools
- minority ethnic communities
- health professionals
- people with different abilities and support needs
Usually no more than 8 people, depends on location
A 4 week block will cost around £600 – includes ingredients and educational materials but not venue.
