Description

1 Half day per week over 4 weeks    Reduces Isolation and loneliness by enabling participants to speak via video to their relatives whilst isolating    Can be delivered within our centre with safe distancing in place or via online to groups. 

Target Group

Groups of 4-8    Our target group is residents within Lanarkshire who have been socially isolated and suffered from loneliness, increased mental health issues through their lack of IT skills 

Cost

£190 per person for the 4 week course
