Leading First Aid For Mental Health Training  - Level 6 SCQF 8 x 2.5 hr sessions delivered through Zoom Includes 1:1 individual assessment online 1.      Increased understanding of own mental health and well-being 2.      Increased confidence to approach someone displaying mental ill-health and distress 3.      Increased confidence to support someone to engage with appropriate services 4.      Increased confidence to challenge stigma in relation to mental health 5.      Increased confidence to ask if someone is having suicidal thoughts. 6.      Increased confidence to lead/support/supervise those who are qualified Mental Health First Aiders

Community based organisations, Community Practitioners and Volunteers.  CPP organisations.  Scotland wide  Especially Rural areas
