One – off Creative wellbeing packs designed for adults experiencing loneliness, isolation and struggling with mental well-being. Each pack provides a range of activities and resources designed to promote mental well-being and include responsibly sourced items and equipment for arts and crafts, activities to boost self-esteem, self-confidence and creative learning. Each pack will contain information for mental health awareness groups, helpful relevant contacts and websites including information about our inclusive and accessible digital hub.
