We tailor the activities for the group and Argyll weather but our mainstays for greater health are; breath-work, cold water, reconnecting to the land and food, eating good food, and introduction to the role of the mind in health and happiness via meditation and guided relaxation. 

Forest bathing - Shinrin Yoku with yoga and movement for prevention and increased healing. 

We endeavour to be outside whenever possible, but have a beautiful hall and cafe that can be used for better comfort when needed. 

Lilia Sinclair, Chris James and Sharran Sanga are all available to lead the workshops as required either in person or online.

£45 per individual session (1-1) or £50 - £100 for group session depending on duration.
